Jeffrey Johnsons

Jeffrey joined ProActive Legal as a Special Counsel in June 2013. He previously worked for Christopher Levingston & Associates (5 years) and earlier for Bartier Perry Lawyers (13 years). His litigation experience began in 1977, when he was employed in the Magistrates Courts Administration of NSW.

 

 

In 1987, Jeffrey was awarded a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours by the University of Technology, Sydney. After graduating as a lawyer, Jeffrey was employed in the Legal Branches of the State Pollution Control Commission (which became the NSW Environment Protection Authority) and later the Sydney Water Board.

 

 

Jeffrey was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 1987) and the High Court of Australia (1993). He specialises in commercial dispute resolution (including litigation) concerning –

  • Planning and Environment
  • Family Law and other property disputes.
 

Jeffrey regularly receives instructions from individuals and various business entities and a corporate trustee.
