Jeffrey joined ProActive Legal as a consultant in June 2013 after being employed by Christopher Levingston & Associates for 5 years and earlier by Bartier Perry solicitors for 13 years.  His litigation experience began in 1977, when he was employed in Magistrates Courts Administration.

In 1987, Jeffrey was awarded a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours.  After graduating as a lawyer he was employed in the legal branches of the State Pollution Control Commission (which became the Environment Protection Authority) and later the Sydney Water Board.

Jeffrey has been admitted to the Supreme Court (1987) and the High Court (1993) and specialises in commercial litigation and resolution of disputes concerning in particular –

  • Marital and de facto relationship property.

Jeffrey regularly receives instructions from individuals and business entities including a group of road transport companies and a corporate trustee.
