Annie Qiao is a Solicitor at ProActive Legal. She is also a Registered Migration Agent.

Annie Qiao has degrees in Law in both China and Australia. Annie graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2013 and was admitted as a Solicitor to the NSW Supreme Court ands the High Court of Australia in the same year.

Annie Qiao joined ProActive Legal in July 2013 and started to practice in Australia immigration law. In these years, Annie has successfully managed all types of migration applications including employment, humanitarian, skills, family, business and even combinations of these. Annie also assists with review applications to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and ministerial intervention requests.

Annie has assisted many clients to achieve their migration goals especially in the areas of Partner visa and Employer Sponsored visas. She has worked together with David Gu, the Solicitor Director of ProActive Legal, in resolving some of the most challenging and complicated migration problems.

Annie has a solid practical knowledge in immigration law and she has strived to achieve positive results beyond the client’s expectations.

Annie also practice in family law and property law.
